She said, in general, newer homes on Pensacola Beach are hard to come by because the island is almost fully built out, so it's a draw to buyers and a plus for sellers when there's a single-family recently built home on the market. It was an enjoyable walk to anything we wanted to do - the pier, restaurants/bars, church, shops, etc. The decor is wonderful, the location is perfect and everyone loved it. We went to several local restaurants, which were just a short drive away. They let you use all of there personal items like bike and paddle boards! It was PERFECT!
